Theodore Dial's architectural design work provides highly unique touches to each project. His work has established his reputation as an Architectural Artist and his design/construction planning service is used by clients around the U.S. and beyond.  It is not important to make final decisions on materials and methods before starting the planning process, because the planning process provides the information necessary to make meaningful comparisons.  Every home is detailed in such a way that no two are alike and the details (DACs) are consistent with the overall style and lines. DACs may be made of any material that is appropriate to the home and the budget.

You may reach Theodore Dial at 251 490 1954 or send email to dacology@me.com

In 1997, Theodore Dial invented a revolutionary, new way to build, THE DAC-ART BUILDING SYSTEM.   DAC-ART is for those projects where the homeowner has made the decision to build with solid masonry and/or concrete.

Dial  provides highly detailed shop drawings as well as the full architectural design and construction documents. Good shop drawings are important in making a project successful regardless of the final building methods or materials.  This planning work is coordinated with a structural engineer for each project.  Dial also provides specifications in the form of a workbook which includes the organization of estimates and a tool for editing them.
